1. You will set far better goals that motivate you in a healthy way.
Did you have Goal Setting 101 in high school? Probably not.Enter the Coach, an expert in helping you to identify and set the goals that you really want, not the ones that are "should’s," pipe dreams, that you've been recycling or that mirror the goals of your parents, society or Madison Avenue. Choosing the right goals for you is an art and the Coach takes the necessary time to help you clarify your personal values, so that you have something really solid on which to develop your goals.Value-based goals are naturally motivating, but it takes good Coaching to get to these.
2. You'll learn how to set goals into manageable steps, so you are not overwhelmed
Working with a Coach, you learn how to be far more effective, efficient and productive in everything you do. Anyone can learn how to manage their lives more effectively.
3. You'll recognize that you have choices in every area of your life.
The old model of learning from your mistakes has changed to: "How else will you learn if you don't make mistakes?" With a Coach, you have a third eye, someone who's been there and who has Coached others in your situation, (called learning curve, mistakes, errors in judgment, tunnel vision, etc.). The emotional consequences of making mistakes can be greatly eliminated by having an effective sounding board. However, I want to say that ultmately you make your own decisions as you see fit.
4. You'll move up to the next level of your personal life.
People are becoming more and more aware these days that they have choices in life. Choices about, personal development, and emotional awareness. Having a coach can help you see where you are right now and suggest remedies to assist you in getting to where you want to be. Your coach can guide you and help you get started on your path.
5. You'll learn critical thinking skills as well as how to focus on the "solution" not the problem.
The first step in solving a problem is to ask yourself if/how you may have contributed to the issue at hand. If so, what can you do to change direction and remedy the problem. The second step is to put into action the choice you have made towards resolving it. The third step is to communicate with the person(s) you may have the problem with to amicably resolve the situation.

6. You'll be more assertive and self confident.
Sometimes we manipulate those around us to get our way because we're afraid that someone will disappoint us, so we do what we've learned so far to get people to do what we want. While this may work quite well, at the same time, it feels better to develop the skills to ask for what we want, and understand that sometimes people are going to say no to us. Much like we have the right to say no to others without being afraid they will be angry at us or that there will be any severe consequences. In learning more about ourselves we learn to communicate more effectively with those around us. In this manner we can convey to others what we want, what is bothering us and how we feel in a caring way.
7. You'll be a lot happier and this happiness will last.
Coaches know how to help you to reduce stress, integrate all aspects of your life, simplify or down shift, and reorient around what makes you the happiest. Coaches also help you to recognize self-sabotaging behaviors and put a stop to them.
8. You'll have the tools to communicate with family, as well as business and personal relationships.
Communication makes relationships easier to manage. Learn how to express yourself better, relate well with others, develop good listening skills and improve your relationships.
9. You'll become much more attractive to others -- on the inside and on the outside.
In learning more about setting personal boundaries, reducing your stress, asking for help, critical thinking and having your own personal sounding board, you will find it a lot less frightening to change your own personal world. You don't have to be yelling and screaming at one another to be heard.
10. You'll have a better life, not just a better lifestyle.
No one likes the word "change". Change can feel so scary at times. However as you grown as an individual and enhance your knowledge about yourself and recognize that you have choices, learn how to focus on what you really want in your life, things begin to fall into place and run more smoothly. It may take some time to really define what you are looking for in your life. Most people have never considered what makes them happy. Once you define what you want/need we can put into action how to get you where you want to be.
